We Detest Technical Debt

Too many custom fields. Too many custom objects. Too many Flows.

Technical debt refers to the future costs of rework or maintenance that arise from prioritizing speed and short cuts over code quality in software development, with the debt accumulating over time and requiring resources to be paid off.

Too much customisation and not enough control leads to technical debt building up in our Salesforce orgs.

We all have technical debt in our Salesforce orgs. Just some have more than others.

Why? Because technical debt is expensive to service.
